“Shon and Ally Emerson’s 18-year-old son Wynter has gone missing in Seattle, United States, while on holiday.
The Nelson parents say they received a call at 6am today informing them of the situation. But, at this stage, they know very little.
It is understood that Wynter, a former Nayland College student, attended the Bumbershoot music festival in Seattle, and his family hasn’t heard from him since.
He had been in regular contact with his parents until about five days ago.
His wallet was handed to Seattle police and a missing persons investigation has been launched.”
His name is Wynter Emerson. He was last seen at Bumbershoot Festival in Seattle on September 1 and his wallet has been found and handed in to police. He is 18, blonde, around 6ft and of slight to medium build.
